At Printodome, we follow a transparent and structured approach to returns, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure clarity in transactions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unopened items in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase.
• Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for refund.
• Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. A notification of approval or rejection of refund will be sent via email within a reasonable time.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment only.
• Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Products purchased on sale/discount are strictly non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are permitted only in cases of manufacturer defect or product damage, and can only be allowed if return is filed with respect to unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
• If you receive a defective item, you must promptly notify us with product details and defect description at info@printodome.com.
• Defective items must be shipped back to the following address:

• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Certain items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, which includes but is not limited to:
• Software
• Used, damaged, or opened products
• Any product not returned in its original condition

4. Shipping & Return Logistics

• To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

• Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
• Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

5. Affiliate Purchases

• Purchases made through affiliate partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal) are subject to the respective refund/exchange policies of those platforms.
• Printodome holds no liability for such transactions.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Payments

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For credit card payments: Cards will be charged upon order placement.
• In case we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

8. Important Notes

• All return, exchange, shipping, and cancellation costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer, except where legally required otherwise.
• Printodome reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or cancellations that do not meet the above criteria.
• This policy is binding and applies to all purchases made directly through www.printodome.com.
